Our rattan company can work with At sight L/C, which is the safest way for both customer and exporter since each correspondence bank are involve in the transaction. Yet those way often more complicated and take longer time for customer to arrange. Therefore, we also have other payment terms, that is Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and balance against original documents.
How about our after sales services? Many of our customer wonder how if they receive goods in damaged condition after container arrived in port of destination. We always take responsibility for our rattan furniture that is already arrived there. Our compensation depends on damaged level of our rattan furniture, if it’s fully damaged and unusable, we will replace it for FREE. DO NOT WORRY!
In our rattan company, we work with high discipline and carefull in producing our rattan furniture and natural fibers such as: water hyacinth, seagrass, abaca, banana leaf, kubu gray and croco. We have standard operational procedure from making the frame, knitting weaving material, sanding, finishing process, and packaging. All of those process, are not taken lightly to make sure you get exclusive rattan furniture.
